When can I get my order?
⏱️ Processing Time: Typical orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless otherwise specified.
📦 Standard Shipping:
- Canada :4-7 business days
- United States:7-12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 3-6 business days
- Rest of the World: 3-15 business days
🚀 Expedited Shipping: Available worldwide with a transit time of 3-5 business days.

Can I cancel my order?
• Orders can be cancelled/altered within 2 hours of placing them upon approval.
• We will be able to cancel your order as long as it has not been processed.
• If the order has already been fulfilled, we will not be able to cancel it.
• Please contact us via online chat or email to file the cancellation request.
What about customs duty or taxes?
Global Shipping Policy: Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price and are the customer's responsibility upon delivery.
Regional Logistics:
- United States (Standard): We use specialized channels to reduce duty risks, with a delivery time of 7–12 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (Global): All priority orders (including US via FedEx/UPS) go through direct customs clearance for speed. Any applicable duties must be paid by the recipient.
Can I alter my order?
Unfortunately, we're unable to alter the order once it's placed; however, you can still cancel your order if it's not processed yet.
