Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your gear. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return policy to ensure you have the best experience with Rico's Snow Boutique.

⏱️ 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a full refund. Any returns initiated after this 7-day period will not be accepted.

Important Notes

  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Items on sale and gift cards are final sale.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or altered within 2 hours of placement. After 2 hours, a cancellation fee of up to 5% may apply due to third-party payment processing fees.

How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at info@ricosnowboutique.ca.

The Process:

  • Contact us regarding the order you would like to return.
  • Once approved, share your return shipping label with us within 7 days. We don't ask for a specific courier company, as long as the package has tracking information.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition.
  • After inspection, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method, depending on the payment provider.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right. Free returns are only offered for defective products or fulfillment mistakes.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items that are on sale, gift card, perishable goods, custom/personalized products, personal care goods, and hazardous materials. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
