📢 Important Notice: Good News!

Updated April 27, 2025

Good News!

After working closely with our logistics team, we have found a solution to fulfill U.S. market orders with minimal impact from the recent tariffs.

Effective April 27, 2025, we will be changing the fulfillment channel for U.S. orders. As a result:

  • Delivery times will be slightly extended from 3–7 business days to 5–9 business days.

  • Express shipping will be temporarily unavailable until further updates regarding the tariffs.

  • Under normal circumstances, you won’t be charged any taxes or duties.

We will begin using this new fulfillment channel for the U.S. market only starting today.
(Orders for other countries will not be affected.)

Thank you for your continued support!

Updated April 9th. 2025

Effective May 2, 2025, de minimis exemptions will no longer apply to goods manufactured in China. As a result, we will temporarily pause shipments to the U.S. market starting from May 2nd, 2025.

We are actively working with our carrier partners to explore DDU and DDP solutions that can help minimize the impact of these newly imposed tariffs. We will keep you informed and share updates as soon as a solution is finalized.

If any of your orders are affected by these recent changes, please don’t hesitate to contact us immediately — we’re here to help.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We’ll get through this together.

Key Takeaways:

  • Section 321 de minimis is here to stay for goods that are not made in China. This means you can continue shipping non-China origin goods from Canada to the U.S. duty-free, as long as the shipment value is $800 USD or less.

  • However, starting May 2, 2025, de minimis will no longer apply to goods made in China

Updated March 4th. 2025

We understand that the past few weeks have been filled with uncertainty, so we’re here to share the most updated news!

We have officially received confirmation from CBP that Section 321 de minimis remains in effect until further notice. This means shipments valued under $800 USD can continue to enter duty-free as usual. And that means most of the U.S orders will not be impacted.

Thank you for your continued trust and support.

We’re happy to share that U.S. shipping operations have returned to normal—for now. We are currently able to process and ship all orders, including those containing goods made in China. Additionally, all backlog from last week has been fully cleared.

Thank you for your patience and continued support!

Update Feb:7th 2025

We would like to share the latest updates regarding U.S. shipments in light of recent tariff changes affecting imports from Canada and China. While we are closely monitoring the situation, we want to assure you that we are working diligently to keep shipments running as usual.

However, please be advised that customs clearance may be required for your orders. If you need any additional documents to facilitate the process, please do not hesitate to contact us—we will do our best to assist you.

Additionally, due to new customs requirements, U.S. shipments may experience delays as we work towards providing the necessary information to Customs. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
