Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a full refund.

Important Notes:

  • Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • A restocking fee of 5% of your order amount applies.
  • Items on sale and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. After the inspection, we will process your refund, usually within 7 days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Any returns initiated after 7 days of receipt will not be accepted, and you will not receive a refund.

If you require any special accommodations or have extenuating circumstances, please contact us.

Rico's Snow Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled/altered within 2 hours of placing them upon approval. Please contact info@ricosnowboutique.ca for any order alteration inquiries.
  • If you wish to cancel the order after 2 hours of placing it, a cancellation fee of up to 5% may apply due to charges from credit card companies, PayPal, or third-party payment agencies.
  • If the order has already been fulfilled, we will not be able to cancel it, and you will need to until the order is delivered and request a return instead. A fee of up to 5% may apply due to charges from credit card companies, PayPal, or third-party payment agencies.

Return & Exchange Policy:

For all orders, including those from the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, customers are responsible for all return/exchange costs. Free return is only offered if there was a mistake in the package or if a product is defective. We are not responsible for duties & taxes due to returns.

To start a return/exchange, contact us at info@ricosnowboutique.ca,or request a return through the self-return panel and we will provide further instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants).
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
