Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a full refund.

Please note:

• Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• The restocking fee is 5% of your order amount.
• Rico's Snow Boutique reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without written approval.
• Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is in its original condition. After the inspection, we will process your refund, usually within 7 days. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment.

Orders can be cancelled/altered within 2 hrs of placing it upon approval. Please contact rico.boutique1@gmail.com for any order alteration inquiries.

Please note if you wish to cancel the order after 2 hours of placing it, a 5 % cancellation fee might apply due to the charge from the credit card company/paypal/third-party payment agency.

If the order has already been fulfilled, we will not be able to cancel it and you need to request a return instead.
