Shipping & Delivery Policy

Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy applies to any order placed with Rico's Snow Boutique.
⚠️ Important Note on Delivery
All shipping times are estimates only. They are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing, peak seasons, weather, remote areas, and carrier delays.
What are my options?
We offer multiple shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage inventory and fulfill your order.
Fulfillment Locations: We currently ship from Toronto, Canada and China depending on product availability.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times & Rates
United States Duties & Tariffs
For US cross-border standard shipping, we use logistics channels that help reduce the chance of duties, but transit times may be longer (7-12 business days).
For United States Expedited Shipping via FedEx/UPS, we cannot cover duties or taxes; these remain the customer’s responsibility.
International Shipping
We deliver internationally worldwide. International orders may be subject to local taxes or import fees which are not controlled by us and remain the customer's responsibility where applicable.
